Mtv Video Music Awards 2013 – l’attesa per la serata

Se quando viene pubblicata una nuova canzone non vedete l’ora di guardarne il video, se in una canzone vi piacciono più le “figure” delle melodie, se scoprire come le parole verranno trasformate in immagini, luci ed effetti spettacolari, se al ritornello visualizzate subito la coreografia da abbinare, allora questa notte, cioè quella tra il 25 e il 26 agosto, è la vostra notte. Quella degli MTV Video Music Awards. Notte in Italia, ma tardo pomeriggio a Brooklyn dove si svolgerà la cerimonia in cui verranno premiati i migliori video dell’anno.

L’evento verrà trasmesso live in lingua originale su Mtv, canale 8DTT, alle tre di questa notte e poi nella versione sottotitolata lunedi 26 agosto alle 22:00 e martedi 27 alle 23:00 su Mtv Music (canale 67 del DDT). La trentesima edizione degli Mtv VMA verrà trasmessa dal Barclays Center di Brooklyn e vedrà sfidarsi sul palco, tra performance spettacolari, luci abbaglianti e look stravaganti, due grandi protagoniste del panorama mondiale della musica pop, Lady Gaga e Katy Perry.

La manifestazione infatti verrà aperta dall’esibizione di Lady Gaga, che presenterà in anteprima mondiale live il singolo “Applause” dall’album “Artpop”. La chiusura sarà invece affidata a Katy Perry, con la performance di debutto tv per “Roar”. Alla fine dell’esibizione, grazie a una iniziativa di Mtc e Pepsi,  i fan della cantante potranno scoprire quale sua canzone, tra Dark House e Walking on air, verrà pubblicata il 17 settembre, in anticipo rispetto alla pubblicazione dell’album “Prism”, la cui uscita è fissata per il 22 ottobre.

MTV Video Music Awards 2013 – le esibizioni

Sul palco del Barclays Center di Brooklyn si esibiranno poi Miley Cirus con We can’t stop, Drake con Started from the bottom, Bruno Mars con Gorilla, ma anche Justin Timberlake, Robin Thicke e Kanye West.
