Golden Globe 2022: tutti i vincitori. Trionfa Succession, niente da fare per Sorrentino e Lady Gaga

Nell’edizione del Golden Globe più sottotono di sempre – senza diretta televisiva a causa degli scandali e senza live streaming – è stata la serie tv Succession a ottenere il miglior risultato sul fronte televisivo. La produzione Hbo è stata premiata come miglior serie drammatica, ma anche anche per l’attore protagonista Jeremy Strong e per l’attrice non protagonista Sarah Snook. Hacks, la serie Hbo Max ideata da Lucia Aniello, ha invece vinto come miglior commedia. Niente colpaccio per Squid Game, che ha ottenuto solo la statuetta per il miglior attore non protagonista, Oh Yeong-su.
La ferrovia sotterranea del premio Oscar Barry Jenkins ha vinto a sorpresa il Globe come miglior miniserie, battendo Omicidio a Easttown, serie che invece ha permesso a Kate Winslet di vincere come migliore attrice. Michaela Jaé Rodriguez è stata la prima attrice transessuale a ricevere il premio, per la miglior performance drammatica in Pose.
Sul fronte cinematografico, delusione per l’Italia: Paolo Sorrentino non ce l’ha fatta. Il premio come miglior film straniero è infatti andato al giapponese Ryūsuke Hamaguchi, per “Drive my car”. Tre statuette per “West Side story” di Steven Spielberg, eletto come miglior film comedy ma premiato anche per la protagonista, la ventenne Rachel Zegler, e la non protagonista Ariana DeBose. “Il potere del cane” miglior film drama, premiato anche per la regia e per il non protagonista Kodi Smit-McPhee.
Niente Golden Globe per Lady Gaga, che era candidata come migliore attrice drama per House of Gucci. La statuetta è andata invece a Nicole Kidman per Being The Ricardos
